How It Works
We create art based on the exact star constellations in the sky for any date, time and location in the past! Get your personalised star map shipped either as a premium print, stretched canvas, framed print or by email as a digital file. The ultimate romantic gift idea!

We create a proof
We will email you a proof within two business days or less, usually 24 hours, you can then request any tweaks to the design such as colour and words until your 100% happy with it
We Print your Art
Once you have approved your proof we will print and dispatch your artwork usually within 3 to 4 business days

Will I see a proof
Yes, we will create a proof for you to review and approve within 2 working days of receiving payment for the order, usually less than 24 hours. Changes such as colours, tweaking the layout, adding or removing words etc can be made on your request until you are 100% happy with the design. We will then print your Star Map art. Allow up to 1 business day per set of requested changes although the usual turnaround time is usually a lot less.

Prices
We have a standard price structure for all personalised canvas prints with text sold on this website, it can be seen here, this price includes the custom creation of your personalised artwork, emailed proofs whenever changes are requested. If you would like us to create a new design that you have seen elsewhere we will usually be able to do this but depending on the complexity there may be a surcharge. Feel free to email us with an example of what you’d like created if its not seen on our site.
It’s a gift, can you not send the invoice
We don’t send the invoice with the artwork that’s all as the majority of the Personalised Prints Australia art gifts and it would ruin the surprise a bit if we include an invoice with the price paid.
I made a mistake when I ordered
Don’t worry at all, feel free to email us via the contact form here and just state your name or order number along with the changes you would like to make and we will just simply make a correction when we design the artwork, even if we missed your email at first you’re always welcome to request changes to the proof afterwards.
Can I collect the order in person
Sure, you are more than welcome to pop by our studio here in Noosaville, Queensland to pick it up, just feel free to write in the notes that you would like to pick it up and we will let you know when it’s ready
Delivery turnaround
Once an order has been placed we will aim to have a proof emailed for your approval within 2 working days, after this proof has been approved we can usually print and dispatch the order within 2 days. Here are some delivery times for Australian cities; Sydney & Brisbane: 1-2 days Melbourne: 2-4 days Adelaide: 3-5 days Perth: 4-8 days Darwin: 5-8 days
Payment
Payments can be made on the website via credit card with a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Is it possible to get a refund after my proof has been created
We will happily offer a refund of your payment excluding the $50 design fee, this will be paid within 24 hours in the unlikely event that a request should be made however we would prefer to make proof changes until our customers are 100% happy with the final product.
Are the Custom Star Map Prints made in Australia
Yes, we are based in Noosaville, Queensland, Australia, or Australian orders will be printed in our studio here with plenty of TLC Applied to ensure the highest possible quality Word Art Print
