Yes — all personalised star maps include a digital proof sent within 48 hours (usually much sooner). You are very welcome to request changes or updated proofs until you are 100% happy with the design before printing.

What printing and framing options do you offer?

We offer stretched canvas prints, framed prints, floating framed canvas prints, rolled canvas prints and paper prints. Digital files are also available on request for $50. All products are professionally produced using premium-quality materials designed to last for years.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally begins once your proof is approved. Delivery times vary by location and product type, but most Australian orders arrive within 8 days of the proof being approved. All Australian orders are printed in Australia, from either Perth or Noosa, whichever is closest to the delivery location.

Are your star maps made in Australia?

Yes — our Australian orders are professionally printed in Australia using premium archival-quality materials and inks for exceptional colour and longevity.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

We package all artwork very carefully, but if your order arrives damaged in transit, simply contact us with photos and we will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
